Getsms.online is probably one of the cheapest sms providers out there clocking in at 0.01$ per sms. Unfortunately they only offer Russia and Kazakhstan as countries. Russia is out of stock most of the time, but working really well when in stock. Kazakhstan works aswell, but sometimes has issues with the 2nd sms arriving.

Most classic payment methods will not work here, you can either use Bitcoin or create a Yandex account, charge up money on there and then pay with the Yandex balance to charge up your account.
